Background Info
The Course Evaluation is an anonymous survey used to provide me with an idea of how the course is progressing up to this point. If adjustments need to be made to this course, now is the time to bring them to my attention. Since I can make the adjustments so early in the course, we will all benefit from a better designed course. Thank you in advance for your feedback!

- The survey is ungraded and anonymous.

Format - The survey consists of 12 questions.
- 10 questions are Likert scale where a 5 represents "strongly agree" and a 1 represents "strongly disagree".
- 2 questions are open ended.
- Time - You have an unlimited amount of time to take the survey, but you may only submit it once.
