Interpreting graphs is like viewing artwork. Two people may look at the same work of art and see something completely different. In some cases, the answer to the question being asked might be ambiguous or not clear from the graph. In those cases, side with retaining the null hypothesis since it takes significant or clear evidence to reject it.
