The Exchange

The work of The Exchange centers on promoting Experience that Matters: connecting students to learning opportunities of all types (internships, applied research, special projects) to help them hone their communication, problem-solving, team-building, and leadership skills. The Exchange also teaches students how to effectively translate their activities, achievements, and demonstrated abilities to advance their professional goals.

Specifically, The Exchange can assist with:

• Networking opportunities
• Employer relations
• Career fairs and on-campus recruiting
• Mock interviews
• Job/internship search assistance
• Resume, cover letter, personal statement review
• LinkedIn and professional online presence

Student Activities

The Office of Student Activities is responsible for advising student organizations, planning campus events, and providing leadership opportunities to students. We are here to help you get involved on campus and connected to the Marian community.

Unity Center

The Unity Center welcomes all students, faculty, staff, and Marian community members, while specifically supporting and celebrating marginalized communities. It is home to the multicultural student organizations. The center was created to further the vision of the university: developing and creating strong, more culturally competent transformative leaders in their service to the world.

The Unity Center is located on the first floor of Clare Hall and is home to the following student organizations:
